Arena Rock

Arena Rock (ərínə rák) is a type of music that utilizes large arenas to highlight its big sound. Normally from the Hard Rock, Progressive Rock, or Heavy Metal genres, Arena Rock is a highly produced sound that displays ballads, driving rock anthems, and special effects that wow audiences. The origins of Arena Rock began in the 60s with the likes of The Beatles and The Rolling Stones. Larger venues allow the for the Arena Rock signature sound, which produces a heavily amplified blast of music. With the writhing guitar riff, heavy bass, and drumlines, Arena Rock is still a popular type of music that continues to sell out arena events.
