‘Infestissumam’ by Ghost B.C debuts at #1 on the Billboard.com’s Top Hard Rock Albums of the Week chart for May 4, 2013. The album was released on April 16, 2013 in North America. Ifestissumam is the follow up to the band’s first full-length album, Opus Eponymous, which was released in 2010. The first single released from the album was on December 15, 2013, ‘Secular Haze’.

Ghost B.C. is also known as Ghost, A Group of Nameless Ghouls, Ghost B.C., and Nameless Ghouls. The band was formed in 2008 by a group of unknown people. Anonymity is important to the members of Ghost. The lead singer is Papa Emeritus II (formerly Papa Emeritus) who wears a mask with skull features or a prosthetic face and face paint when they perform. The Nameless Ghouls are the ones that are playing the instruments, bassist, keyboardist, two guitarists, and drummer. This group of musicians wear hooded robes that cover their faces and have never publicly revealed their names.

The album was delayed by a week in the US because the band could not find a US CD manufacturer that would print the artwork they wanted on the deluxe edition CD case. They ended up settling for the same artwork on the regular and deluxe CD cover instead of waiting longer to release the album. However, European copies will include two different artworks on the regular and deluxe covers. The track listing for Infestissumam by Ghost B.C includes:
