The Canadian singer, songwriter, and actor Michael Buble released his eighth studio album in the United States on April 23, 2013. To Be Loved was released on April 15 in the United Kingdom and on April 22 in Canada. The first single released was ‘It’s a Beautiful Day’ on February 25. To Be Loved was produced by Bob Rock and released on the 143 Records and Reprise Record labels.
 
Buble got his start after being heard by an aide to the former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney. One thing leads to another and he found himself singing at the wedding of the Prime Minister’s daughter. His first album was entitled BaBalu and it was released in 2001. Michael plans to promote the new album during his 2013 Live in Dublin & London Tour.
 
To Be Loved features four original songs and ten standard songs along with special performances by Reese Witherspoon, The Puppini Sisters, Naturally 7, and Bryan Adams. The track listing for To Be Loved includes:
