Ra Ra Riot has announced the dates for upcoming concerts to introduce their new album ‘Beta Love’. The album, Beta Love is set to be released on January 22, 2013. The tour will start on November 14, 2012 and run through March 9, 2013. The band will play concerts from coast to coast in the United States and one in Canada. The first concert will be at Syracuse University and the last in South Burlington, Vermont.
 
‘Beta Love’ will be the third album for the band and the first time that current members have appeared together on an album. Wes Miles performs vocals, Milo Bonacci plays guitar, Matheu Santos plays bass, and Rebecca Zeller plays violin on the upcoming album. The album was recorded at Sweet Tea Studios in Oxford, MS and was produced by Dennis Herring.
 
Ra Ra Riot was formed in 2006 in the Syracuse, New York area. The band started out playing at venues around the campus of Syracuse University. Two albums have been released by the band, the first in 2008, ‘The Rhumb Line’, and the second in 2010, ‘The Orchard’. On the Independent Albums chart, ‘The Orchard’ peaked at #7 and ‘The Rhumb Line’ peaked at #14.
During the upcoming tour, the band will perform with a variety of bands including: Passion Pit, The Joy Formidable, Guards, Vampire Weekend, and Ultraista. Tour dates for the 2012/2013 tour include:
