The punk rock band Green Day is releasing the second in their trilogy of albums ‘¡Uno!,¡Dos!, and¡Tré!’ on November 13, 2012. This tenth studio album for Green Day will be released in Australia on November 9 and in the United Kingdom on November 12.
‘¡Uno!’ was released on September 21, 2012 and ‘¡Tré!’ is set to be released December 11, 2012. ‘¡Uno!,¡Dos!, and¡Tré!’ were all recorded between February and June 2012 at Jingletown Studios in Oakland, California. The albums were produced by Rob Cavallo and Green Day. The first single from this album was ‘Stray Heart’ released on October 15, 2012. ‘Stray Heart’ peaked at #34 on the UK Rock Chart and #68 on Billboard Japan hot 100.
Green Day started their musical career in 1987 and released their first independent album ‘1,000 Hours’ in 1989. The band’s first studio album, ‘39/Smooth’ was released in 1990. Current band members include original members Billie Joe Armstrong and Mike Dirnt. In addition, Tre Cool has been with Green Day wince 1990 and Jason White joined in 1999. Additionally, Jason Freese and Jeff Matika join the band as session and touring members.
