Alice in Chains has released their second album since the band regrouped in 2005. The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here was released on May 28, 2013. The band’s guitarist says that this album has all the elements you expect from an Alice in Chains album, but it is also unlike any album they have done before. Two singles have already been released from the album, “Hollow” on December 18, 2012 and “Stone” on March 26, 2013. “Hollow” has been described as a combination of doom or stoner metal with grunge tossed in the mix. It also features an amazing guitar solo.

In 2005, Sean Kinney, Jerry Cantrell, and Mike Inez reunited in Seattle to raise money for the victims of the tsunami disaster in South Asia. William DuVall joined the band in 2006.
