The Courteeners are releasing their third studio album on February 4, 2013. Anna will be the follow up to Falcon which was released in 2010. The band’s first album titled St. Jude was released in 2008. Both previous albums peaked in the top 10 on the UK music chart.
The Indie rock band was formed in 2006. Current band members include Liam James Fray, Conan Craig Moores, Michael Campbell, and Mark Joseph Cuppello. All four guys have been with the band since the formation. In fact, they have been friends since they were in grade school.
The first release from Anna was ‘Lose Control’. The song was the ninth single for the band to chart on the UK music chart. ‘Lose Control’ has peaked at #82 on the chart. In late 2012, the band performed a sold out concert at MEN Arena. Additionally, the Courteeners are currently in the middle of a twenty-date academy tour in the United Kingdom. They will be joining Morrissey on his tour in the US during the spring of 2013.
