This video is for the C power chord or C 5 chord.

We need to find a C note on the sixth string in order to make a root six C power chord. I’m going to the eighth fret, that’s a C note. And now I’m going to add my third finger on the fifth string tenth fret. And right underneath it I put the pinky down on the fourth string tenth fret. I have X’s on strings three, two and one. And that’s my root six C power chord.

I can also form a root five C power chord. I go to the fifth string third fret. That’s a C note. And I add the same fingers in the same relationship. Fourth string fifth fret and underneath it with the pinky on the third string fifth fret. I have X’s on six, two and first string. And that’s the root five C power chord.
